Former American Idol finalist turned Christian recording artist Jeremy Rosado returned to TV this fall with an impressive run on NBC’s hit singing competition The Voice. Rosado made headlines by putting a soulful spin on country hits like Rascal Flatts’ “Here Comes Goodbye” and most recently “What Hurts The Most” (see below). Rosado never shied away from his faith, recently covering Cory Asbury’s “Reckless Love.” Although Rosado returned home this week after not advancing to the Top 8 by America’s vote, after the live results show he posted a faith-filled and thankful message on social media.

How can I put into words what I feel?! The GOODNESS of GOD! HE is so gracious! I don’t deserve this but HE saw fit for me to make the Top 10 of the voice! Wow! I’m so thankful! I’m crying writing this because I’m gonna miss my friends and waking up everyday to live this dream, but THIS is where the DREAM starts, I get to work and put out a Christian album and tour! I’ve got a lot more to say but for now:
Thank You Jesus, Thank You @nbcthevoice , Thank you @kellyclarkson and thank you @arianagrande for your love and belief in me Thank you to my daughter, my parents, and my family for your support of this dream!
Grateful forever, Team Jeremy, THANK YOU! I never dreamt to be voted in by your votes for 3 weeks straight, THAT IS INSANE!

Who gets to do @americanidol and @nbcthevoice and make it to the LIVE SHOWS! Blessed! Thank you Jesus for your favor, ooh God, I thank you!
Getting on a plane back home, Thank you for changing my life!

Following his days on Idol, Rosado spent time touring, teaching and leading worship at his church in Tampa, Florida. Rosado released his debut full-length album Heartbeat in 2015 and a faith-filled EP titled Rewind in 2017.
