SCRIPTURE: The Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. Genesis 6:7-8
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: It is grace that makes your case different.
It is clear that a major secret between people on earth is the grace of God available to them. What differentiates people in terms of result or outcome is called grace. It was grace that differentiated Noah from others in his generation. Everyone was sentenced to the disaster of the flood except Noah. The difference between Paul and other disciples in impact was the grace of God (1 Corinthians 15:10).
What were the products of grace in the life of Noah?
1. Distinction: Noah experienced the grace of God that caused him and his family to stand out. The flood that sank others was the same flood that lifted Noah and his family. It is the grace of God that makes a man to stand out amongst his contemporaries. It is grace that makes your case different.
2. Preservation: Noah and his family were preserved by grace. Noah was not permitted to be swallowed up by what swallowed others up.
Today, I decree that whatever cuts people short in your family will never locate you in Jesus’ Name.
REMEMBER THIS: It is grace that makes your case different.
ASSIGNMENT:
Make demands for the grace of God at the place of prayer continually.
PRAYER: Father, I ask for the grace of preservation for myself and my loved ones. Deliver me LORD from every flood of calamity and premature death in this season, LORD in Jesus’ Name.
