Jessica Cox was born without arms. In 2008, after extensive training, she earned her Light Sport Pilot Certificate. In 2011 she nabbed the Guinness World Record for the “First Armless Person in the World Ever to Have Obtained a Pilot’s License.” She became the first pilot licensed to fly using only her feet. Cox soared to achieve a Sport Pilot certificate which qualifies her to fly a light-sport aircraft to altitudes of 10,000 feet.
