Curb | Word Entertainment recording artist Sarah Reeves officially unveils her highly-anticipated new LP, Life Love & Madness, available earlier this month (10/9). Reeves holds co-writing credit on each of the album’s 14 tracks. Earlier this week Reeves released the official live performance for “2009”. The video credits include Sean Hagwell (director), Chad Howat (mix), Julie Odnoralov (guitar), Dan Alber (bass), Even Fernald (keyboard), and Josh Ellis (drums).
Reeves shares alongside the video release, “This song is special to me. It rewinds back to when everything felt fresh in my life – music, love, moving to a new city and beginning my journey as an adult. Life in my 20’s hasn’t always been easy, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Every experience both good and bad has shaped me into who I am today. I hope you can feel the same in your journey no matter where you are at.”
Life Love & Madness boasts some of the most vulnerable writing of Reeves’ career, set against a backdrop of colorful, propulsive pop. American Songwriter has already showered Reeves’ latest collection with praise, saying, “In a world that needs something to dance to, Sarah Reeves delivers ‘Paradise.’”
